Hi there! I am Joanne and I am so happy to have you here! I wanted to pair together my love of decorating with my love of writing, so here we are! I have loved decorating and diy projects for as long as I can remember. I was "that kid" who rearranged my room every week and helped my dad with painting and hanging wallpaper By the time I was 10. Though the years I have decorated not only my own homes, but the homes of clients as well. I love making a home feel like it tells your story. I believe your home should reflect where you have been, where you are, and where you are going. I also believe that any space can be made in to a home and loved no matter how big or small or if you own or rent. When we bought our farmhouse I knew it was the perfect time to start blogging not only about decorating but about making the transition from suburban to farm life and living simpler. My goal is to share my journey with you and hopefully have you share yours with me!
